Welcome to Crystalesis Creative Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Crystalesis Creative Studio (an ISO 9001:2015 and MSME certified brand) and the Client. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Award-Winning Service Standards

• 1.1. Excellence: As recipients of the Business Excellence India Award 2026, we commit to providing premier Wedding Photography and Cinematic Storytelling.

• 1.2. Artistic Discretion: All editing, color grading, and "Cinematic Storytelling" decisions are at the artistic discretion of our lead creators to maintain our award-winning quality.

2. Payments & Pricing

• 2.1. Quote Validity: All prices quoted are net totals (exclusive of GST as the studio operates under the current statutory exemption limits).

• 2.2. Booking Retainer: A non-refundable deposit (Token Amount) is required to secure the date. No date is blocked until this payment is received.

• 2.3. Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared as per the installment schedule defined in your specific package (e.g., 50% on event day, 20% on delivery).

3. Cancellation & Penalty Clauses

• 3.1. Formal Confirmation: Once confirmation is provided via email/text, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total budget applies.

• 3.2. Post-Token Cancellation: If a token amount is paid and the event is cancelled, a penalty of 30% of the remaining balance will be charged.

• 3.3. Advanced Stage Cancellation:

  • If 50% (Advance) is paid: A penalty of 40% of the remaining amount applies.

  • If 80% (Advance + 2nd Installment) is paid: A penalty of 70% of the remaining amount applies.

• 3.4. Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters or emergencies, we offer a one-time rescheduling to an alternative date within 12 months (subject to availability) without penalty.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage

• 4.1. Copyright: Crystalesis Creative Studio retains the copyright to all original raw and edited footage.

• 4.2. Client License: You are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use, social media sharing, and printing.

• 4.3. Promotion: We reserve the right to use select images/videos for our portfolio and award submissions. If you require absolute privacy (NDA), this must be requested in writing at the time of booking.

5. On-Site Requirements

• 5.1. Crew Welfare: For events exceeding 5 hours, the client shall provide appropriate meals for the on-site crew (photographers/cinematographers).

• 5.2. Safe Environment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment. Our team reserves the right to stop filming if the environment becomes unsafe or hostile
