Welcome to Crystalesis Creative Studio. By accessing our website and engaging our photography, cinematography, and digital invitation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

1.2 Intellectual Property & Copyright

Ownership: All photographs, videos, digital designs, and website content produced by Crystalesis Creative Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio, protected under copyright laws.

Usage License: Upon final payment, clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to download, print, and share their media. Clients may not sell, alter, or enter the media into competitions without prior written consent from the studio.

Studio Portfolio Use: Unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing, Crystalesis Creative Studio reserves the right to use any captured imagery/video for promotional purposes, including social media, portfolios, and marketing.

1.3 Client Cooperation

The success of a project depends heavily on client cooperation. We are not responsible for compromised media quality due to late arrivals, venue restrictions, poor lighting conditions outside our control, or uncooperative guests.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2.1 Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out contact forms, book a service, or communicate with us. This may include:

Name, email address, and phone number.

Event details, dates, and locations.

Billing and payment information (processed securely through our third-party payment gateways).

2.2 How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

Deliver and manage the services you request.

Communicate with you regarding your bookings or design proofs.

2.3 Data Retention & Security

We implement strict security measures to protect your digital files and personal details. Your raw and edited media files are archived for a limited duration after delivery, as specified in your individual service contract. We never sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Because photography, videography, and digital invitation design require dedicated scheduling, preparation, and creative labor, our refund policy is structured as follows:

3.1 Booking Retainers / Deposits

All initial booking deposits or retainers required to secure an event date or initiate custom digital invitation designs are non-refundable. This fee covers administrative costs and prevents the studio from booking other clients for that specific time slot.

3.2 Postponement & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your shoot or event, you must notify us at least [e.g., 45 days] in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply if notice is given past the deadline.

3.3 Digital Products (Invitations & Edited Media)

Due to the digital nature of invitations and downloadable video/photo assets, no refunds will be issued once custom design work has commenced or final digital deliverables have been sent.

3.4 Service Dissatisfaction

We strive for creative excellence. If there are technical errors or deviations from the agreed-upon project brief, clients must notify us within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery. We will work diligently to rectify the issue through editing or revisions, but monetary refunds will not be issued for subjective creative differences.
