Welcome to Crystalesis Creative Studio. By accessing our website and engaging our photography, cinematography, and digital invitation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Structure & Methods

Booking Advance: A formal advance payment (retainer) is required to secure your event date. This deposit must be cleared before the event or shoot starts.

Installment Timeline: The second payment installment is due within three to five (3–5) business days following the final day of the shoot. The final remaining balance must be fully cleared prior to the day of final delivery.

Execution: All payments shall be paid online to Crystalesis in strict accordance with your selected pricing table. Deliverables will be withheld if balances remain unpaid.

2. On-Site Logistics & Client Obligations

Additional Operational Costs: The Client shall fully reimburse Crystalesis for all out-of-pocket expenses associated with the project, including travel, lodging, meals, and parking fees.

Outstation & Extended Shoots: For assignments exceeding standard hours or outstation locations, the Client is responsible for arranging satisfactory meals and basic accommodation for the entire crew.

Overtime Fee: If a shoot goes past the designated schedule, the Client agrees to pay an overtime fee of Rs. 200/- per hour for each and every team member associated with the project.

Point of Contact (POC): The Client must provide the name and mobile number of a dedicated contact person before the shoot begins. Crystalesis will exclusively communicate with this individual for on-site coordination and project logistics.

Shoot Coordination: The Client is responsible for ensuring timely communication, the availability of subjects, and proper coordination during the shoot. Crystalesis is not responsible for compromised coverage caused by mismanagement or uncooperative participation.

3. Equipment Safety & Venue Limitations

Equipment Liability: The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that Crystalesis’ technical equipment is not entangled or endangered at the event location. If any equipment is destroyed, ruined, or damaged due to external factors (including actions by guests, adults, children, pets, decorations, or venue power surges), Crystalesis is legally entitled to full financial compensation for repair or replacement.

Coverage Limitations: Crystalesis shall not be held liable for restricted or compromised media coverage resulting from a lack of physical space, time constraints, or inadequate venue resources.

4. Team Staffing Surcharges

Crystalesis assigns professional photographers and videographers based on the selected package and pricing table. While the Client may request specific crew members, they cannot contractually demand the assignment of particular individuals. Crystalesis retains full managerial discretion over staff scheduling. If a Client insists on a staff modification, an extra change surcharge will be applied.

5. Physical Deliverables & Shipping

Album Collection: Standard physical albums must be collected directly from the Crystalesis office.

Shipping & Courier Fees: If the Client requests home delivery, or if final deliverables must be couriered outside of Kolkata, additional shipping charges will apply.

Transit Liability: Crystalesis accepts no responsibility or liability for physical damage, loss, or transit delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction

Force Majeure: Crystalesis shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or sudden unforeseen emergencies.

Jurisdiction: Any legal actions, claims, or disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India
