Because professional photography and cinematography require extensive scheduling, talent allocation, and preparation, Crystalesis Creative Studio enforces a strict timeline and penalty system for cancellations, revisions, and client-side delays.

1. Contract Termination Penalties

If a Client wishes to terminate a contract or cancel a booked event from their side, the charges are calculated based on the progress of the engagement:

Email Confirmation Stage: If the Client cancels after providing written confirmation via email but before a token payment is made, Crystalesis will charge a penalty fee of 10% of the total budget mentioned in the agreement.

Token Payment Stage: If a token amount has been paid and the Client cancels, a penalty equal to 20% of the Final Payment / Total Budget will be applied.

Advance Payment Stage: If the formal 50% booking advance has already been paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, and the contract will be terminated with zero refund.

2. Client Delays & Administrative Forfeiture

Selection Timeline: Crystalesis will deliver proof photographs to the Client within five to seven (5–7) business days following the shoot. The Client has a strict window of twenty to twenty-five (20–25) days to submit their final selection list and desired delivery format.

Forced Final Payment: If the Client delays selection beyond the 25-day window, the Client becomes immediately liable to pay the remaining final balance to Crystalesis.

Production Delay Exemption: If physical album manufacturing or final video delivery is delayed due to late selection submissions by the Client, Crystalesis is absolved of all delivery deadlines.

3. Editing Quotas & Paid Revision Surcharges

Crystalesis provides structured revision limits. Any edits requested beyond the complimentary rounds will be billed at the following rates:

Complimentary Limits: Includes up to two (2) free rounds of re-editing for album designs (pre-wedding and wedding) and one (1) free round of re-editing for videos.

Excess Album Edits: Rs. 30/- per sheet for each round after the initial free allocations.

Excess Video Edits: Rs. 500/- per round for Traditional Video edits; Rs. 300/- per round for Cinematic Video edits.

Complete Re-Conceptualization: If the Client requests a complete overhaul of the finalized video structure or music track, the following fees apply:

Video Structural Changes Only: Rs. 1,000/-

Video and Primary Song/Soundtrack Changes: Rs. 1,500/-

4. Studio Incapacity & Timeline Variance

Studio Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event that Crystalesis cannot perform due to sudden, unforeseen medical or studio emergencies, a competent, suitable replacement team will be arranged, or a full/partial refund of the unperformed segment will be processed.

Seasonality Delay: Estimated delivery timelines may vary during peak wedding seasons or heavy studio workloads. Crystalesis will make all reasonable efforts to deliver within the target timeframe, and adjustments do not entitle the client to monetary refunds.
