1. Information We Collect & How We Use It

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when filling out forms, booking services, or corresponding via email (such as name, contact number, email address, and event logistics).

This information is used strictly to execute your contract, coordinate your shoot, process secure online payments, and deliver your digital assets. We never sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership

Copyright: Crystalesis retains full legal copyright ownership over all raw and edited photographs and video footage captured during any assignment.

Client Usage License: Upon receipt of final payment, Crystalesis grants the Client an unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, print, or reproduce the purchased final photographs for personal, non-commercial use. The Client shall not sell, alter/re-edit, or commercially exploit these media assets without prior written consent.

Social Media Attribution: The Client agrees to explicitly tag or credit Crystalesis Creative Studio when publishing or sharing any project deliverables across social media platforms.

3. Promotional & Media Marketing Rights

Social Media Portfolio: Crystalesis reserves the right to display, upload, and publish pictures, video clips, or teasers from your event onto Instagram, Facebook, wedding aggregator platforms, websites, or any other marketing channels.

On-Site Marketing: The Client grants Crystalesis permission to place a promotional marketing standee at the project location for live photo distribution and studio promotion.

4. Data Loss, Storage, & Technical Failures

Raw Footage Policy: Raw, unedited photo and video files are safely archived by Crystalesis but will not be shared with the Client unless explicitly negotiated beforehand, and may incur additional charges.

Liability Cap: While Crystalesis takes industry-standard precautions to back up and safeguard media data, in the rare event of catastrophic data loss due to hardware failure, theft, or unforeseen technical glitches, Crystalesis’ financial liability is strictly limited to a partial refund or a complimentary reshoot (if practically feasible).
